The Post-UTME screening is a crucial step for all prospective undergraduate students seeking admission through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry. Post-UTME is a university-organised assessment that takes place after JAMB releases UTME and Direct Entry results. It allows us to confirm your identity, review your O-Level results, and evaluate how well you align with the programme you applied for. Every applicant who chooses OOU for undergraduate programme studies is expected to participate, as it forms part of the final selection process.
Who Should Apply
You are eligible to take part in the OOU Post-UTME screening if:
- You selected Olabisi Onabanjo University as your first choice in JAMB.
- Your O’Level results meet the minimum subject requirements for your chosen course.
- You have obtained the required UTME score for your programme or have completed JAMB Direct Entry registration.
How to Apply
To register for the screening exercise:
- Visit the Post-UTME Admissions Portal.
- Log in with your JAMB registration number.
- Complete the online form and upload the required documents (including O-Level or equivalent results).
- Submit your application and print your screening slip.
After Registration
- Continue to check the admissions portal for updates on screening dates and further instructions.
- Ensure all your details are correct and consistent with what you uploaded to JAMB CAPS.
- After the university reviews your documents and screening results, successful applicants will receive an admission offer on both the OOU portal and JAMB CAPS.
