The B.A. (Ed.) English Language programme is designed to develop you into a skilled, knowledgeable and confident English Language educator with the intellectual depth and pedagogical competence required to teach at the basic and senior secondary school levels. The programme exposes you to the study of language, literature, communication, teaching methodology and educational psychology.

You will learn how English functions as a global language, how it is acquired as a second language, and how to apply practical techniques that improve learners’ reading, writing, listening and speaking abilities. Your training equips you with strong linguistic, analytical, communication and classroom management skills, preparing you for professional practice in an increasingly digital and multilingual world.
